Description

This course addresses the numerous factors that an appraiser should consider when it comes to accepting and completing hybrid, bifurcated, and desktop appraisal assignments, including: Complying with USPAP, mitigating risk, identifying the intended use/users, identifying the relevant characteristics, verifying data and relying on third-party inspections. In addition, practical application examples and illustrations are plentiful in this course. Registration will begin at 8:45 am. Class will be from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm with two 20-minute breaks.
